Personal data being processed and purpose of processing
You hereby grant the Controller the opportunity to send you commercial communication. For the purposes of this document, written consent means not only the paper form of your consent, but also the electronic form, which will allow proof of consent (usually in the form of a log – a record of your activity in the form of granting consent).
For the purposes of sending commercial communication, we will process your personal data that you have provided to us within the scope of your consent, including any updates to this data made by you. This consent forms the legal basis for the processing of personal data. We will archive your consent for the duration of the processing of personal data for the sending of commercial communication and for four years after its termination, and in order to prove that the processing of personal data was lawful.
Consent to the processing of personal data for the sending of commercial communication may be terminated at any time in the manner specified in each commercial communication, or by a request sent to the e-mail address: osobní.udaje@cncenter.cz.
Consent to the processing of personal data for sending commercial communication is not mandatory, however, if you do not grant this consent, we will not be able to send you commercial communication.
Recipients of personal data and location of processing of personal data
Your personal data is accessible to employees of our company or, potentially, external processors who are entrusted with specific tasks related to the purpose of processing personal data.
We will not transfer your personal data to anyone else.
Your personal data will be stored in electronic form on servers located exclusively in the Member States of the European Union. The original of any written form of written consent will also be kept to the appropriate extent in paper form, at our registered offices or in a storage facility designated by us.
Duration of processing of personal data
We will process your personal data for sending commercial communication without a time limit, until your consent is withdrawn.
Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data
You have the right at any time to request access to your data – this means that upon your request we will provide you with information about what personal data we process, for what purpose, from what source this personal data was obtained and for how long it will be processed.
You have the right at any time to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data, or the supplementing of this information if it is incomplete. You also have the right to request the erasure of personal data that are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were originally collected or that the Collector is no longer authorized to use for other reasons (e.g., they have been processed illegally, their erasure is required by law, etc.).
Furthermore, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of direct marketing (sending commercial communication). If you do so, your personal data will no longer be used for this purpose. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, which is based on our legitimate interest, in which case we will continue to process your data only if it is proven that there are compelling legitimate reasons for such action.
You have the right to request restrictions on the processing of your personal data – this means that you can ask us not to delete your data, which we would otherwise be required to do so, and you can also ask us not to further process your personal data until it is clarified whether the processed data is accurate, or whether your objection to the processing of personal data was justifiably raised.
Methods of exercising your rights
You exercise your rights (including the right to submit objections) with the personal data Controller, which is our company. You can contact us in writing, by phone or e-mail (contact details are given above).
If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated the law, or the European Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk.
