Jednotné kontaktní místo dle Nařízení o digitálních službách (DSA) pro orgány

Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2022/2065 (Nařízení o digitálních službách) je jednotný právní rámec pro poskytovatele digitálních služeb v Evropské unii.  

Některé služby provozované naší společností CZECH NEWS CENTER a.s., IČ: 02346826 mohou naplňovat definici zprostředkovatelských služeb dle čl. 3 písm. g) a i) Nařízení o digitálních službách. Pro tyto dotčené zprostředkovatelské služby zřizuje společnost CZECH NEWS CENTER a.s. v souladu s výše uvedeným nařízením následující kontaktní místo:

Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Digital Services Act) is a uniform legal framework for digital service providers in the European Union.
